You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To process your request, we require your Order Number (e.g., #1234). This helps us verify your purchase in our system instantly.

Video Proof Required
To ensure a fair process, you must provide a clear video proof showing the product and explaining the issue.
- Video must show the product label clearly.
- Show the current level of the oil.
- Briefly explain why you are requesting a return.

Usage Condition
We want you to try our oil, but for a return to be valid:
Important: The bottle must have at least 85% of the oil remaining to fulfill the return policy.
